Reach out to our Customer Experience team via the Help Centre with your order number to receive a Return Authorisation and the correct return address.
- 3.Pack with Care
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your order details inside the parcel.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
